Padster Bags warrants to the original Purchaser that our product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the Purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials which may occur after extended use of the product.
If the product is found to be defective, Padster Bags’ only obligation and the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. Padster Bags shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
Except for the express warranty stated above, Padster Bags makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All returns must be sent to Padster Bags at the Purchaser’s expense. Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Returns
All our bags are handcrafted with care, and we are certain you will be very happy with your purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, simply return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. There are no restocking fees, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
